Jando Solutions was founded in 2013 with a simple belief: recruiting should be personal, flexible, and built on partnership.

From the beginning, our goal has been to provide organizations with an alternative to the traditional recruiting model, one that delivers experienced recruiting expertise without rigid contracts, retainers, or expensive placement fees. As hiring needs evolve, so should your recruiting partner.

Over the years, we have partnered with startups, growing businesses, and established organizations across a wide range of industries, helping clients build exceptional teams through thoughtful recruiting, strategic sourcing, and a commitment to an outstanding candidate experience.

Meet Your Recruiting Partner

Hi, I’m Olga Cohen.

For more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping organizations find exceptional people. What began as a passion for connecting talent with opportunity has grown into a career built on relationships, trust, and helping companies make confident hiring decisions.

Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with organizations ranging from startups to established companies, recruiting across technical, creative, sales, marketing, finance, accounting, human resources, legal, manufacturing, operations, customer success, and executive leadership roles.

I genuinely love what I do because every search is different. Every company has its own story, culture, and vision, and every candidate brings a unique set of experiences and aspirations. My role is to bring those two together in a way that creates long-term success for everyone involved.

When you work with Jando, you work directly with me. I become an extension of your team - asking thoughtful questions, communicating openly, moving with urgency, and representing your organization with the same level of care and professionalism I would expect for my own business. My goal isn’t simply to fill an opening; it’s to help you build a stronger team.

Whether I’m partnering with a client on a single critical hire or supporting multiple searches as an embedded recruiting partner, I approach every engagement with integrity, responsiveness, transparency, and a genuine commitment to delivering results.

Beyond Recruiting

Outside of work, my faith and family are at the center of my life. I’m a proud wife and mom to adult triplets, and raising them has taught me more about resilience, adaptability, patience, and grace than I ever imagined. My faith shapes how I approach both life and work, and I strive to treat every client and candidate with honesty, respect, and genuine care. I also serve at my church, where I’ve found another meaningful way to invest in people and my community.

When I’m not recruiting, you’ll usually find me traveling, staying active, walking our dogs, spending time with family and friends, or planning our next adventure. I believe the strongest professional relationships are built on genuine human connections, and that’s a philosophy I carry into every client and candidate relationship.
